F. Victors Advokatbyrå was established in 1941, by the lawyer Frans Victor. The law-firm is one of the oldest and largest in the northern part of Sweden.
The law-firm is currently consisting of nine employees, of which five are lawyers. We are firmly established in the commercial and industrial life of the province of Jämtland. Our clients consist of Swedish and foreign enterprises and private persons.
Ever since the law-firm was first established, our vision has been, and still is, to provide legal assistance and counselling according to the watchwords of quality, integrity and efficiency. Our strength consists mainly of the experience of our lawyers and staff, through the wide competence that we have achieved after a long period of time and our very extensive network of useful contacts.

In our increasingly complex existence which is prevalent today in commercial law and in general law, our lawyers and staff have developed specialized skills in different practise areas. Depending on the extent and nature of a case, we are therefore able to put together different competences and resources to meet the needs of the client.
Our speciality areas consist mainly of:
• Commercial and business related law
• Receivership and insolvency law
• Tenancy, contractor and real estate law
• Labour and employment, environmental and media law
• General practice including indemnity law, criminal case and family law
